Mysterious Disappearance of Three Shimla School Students Sparks Panic
A prestigious school in the heart of Shimla has been gripped by fear and confusion after three young students vanished under mysterious circumstances. The boys, all sixth-graders at Bishop Cotton School (BCS), left for a short outing on Raksha Bandhan but never returned, leaving families, school authorities, and the police in distress.
What Happened?
On the day of Raksha Bandhan, the three students—hostellers from Kullu, Karnal, and Mohali—took a gate pass and stepped out towards Mall Road for a brief outing. When hours passed and they failed to return, the school alerted the police. The last known sighting was around noon on CCTV, showing them exiting the campus. Since then, there has been no trace of the boys.
Families Anxious, Police Scrambling for Clues
The parents, already distraught, have reportedly received calls from an unknown U.S. number, but no ransom or threats have been made so far. Meanwhile, Shimla police are combing through CCTV footage and conducting extensive searches.
Dharmasen Negi, in-charge of Sadar Police Station, assured the public, “We are doing everything possible to locate these children. Our teams are working round the clock, and we are hopeful of a breakthrough soon.”
A First for Shimla, A Shock for All
The incident has sent shockwaves through the peaceful hill town, where such disappearances are unheard of. With one of the missing boys being the nephew of Punjab Minister Harjot Bains, the case has drawn heightened attention.
As night falls over Shimla, anxious families wait, the school remains tense, and the police race against time—hoping for the safe return of the three young students.
