More than 2500 workers from Himachal to participate in Delhi Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhod rally: Vinay Kumar

More than 2500 party workers along with party leaders from the state will participate in the Congress mega rally being held on December 14 at Ramlila Maidan in New Delhi under the campaign ‘Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhod’.
State Congress President Vinay Kumar today held a detailed discussion with Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu at Oak Over about the Jan Sankalp Sammelan to be held in Mandi on December 11 and the Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhod Maha Rally to be held in New Delhi on December 14.
Vinay Kumar stated that he has urged all senior party leaders, former MPs, all MLAs, presidents and vice-presidents of boards and corporations, all former PCC officials, all former district and block officials, all officials of leading organizations and departments, councilors of all Congress-ruled municipal corporations, and party workers to participate enthusiastically in both programs. He also informed the Chief Minister about the party’s arrangements for transporting and bringing party workers.

Later, during an informal conversation with reporters at Rajiv Bhawan, Vinay Kumar said that despite the disaster, the state’s Congress government has done excellent work in the areas of education, health, roads, and public welfare. He said that the state government will be going to the public on December 11th at the Jan Sankalp Sammelan in Mandi to share its three-year achievements and future vision. Approximately 12,000 to 15,000 people will attend.
In response to a question, Vinay Kumar said that the central high command will appoint district presidents, followed by the block presidents. He added that the full PCC executive will be formed within the next three months. This will include senior leaders as well as the enthusiasm of the youth.

Congress President Vinay Kumar today held a meeting with the party’s media, social media department and officials of leading organizations at the state Congress headquarters Rajiv Bhawan and brainstormed on the strategy to make the party’s publicity effective.

State Congress President Vinay Kumar has formed various committees for the mega rally to be held in New Delhi on December 14.
Himuda Vice President Yashwant Chhajta has been made the coordinator of all these committees.
1. The Mobilization Committee includes MLAs Sanjay Awasthi, Bhawani Singh Pathania, Ram Kumar Chaudhary, Hardeep Singh Baba, Harish Janartha, Neeraj Nayyar and Ajay Solanki.
2 In the reception committee in Delhi, MLA Ashish Butail has been nominated as the convener, Amit Bharmauri, Vinod Zinta and Vikas Kalta have been nominated as members.
3 In the Food Committee, MLA Kewal Singh Pathania has been nominated as the convener, besides MLA Vivek Sharma, Amit Nanda and Dildar Ali Bhatt have been nominated as members.
4 In the Transportation Committee, Transport Corporation Vice President Ajay Verma has been nominated as the convener while Ranjeet Singh Rana, Manmohan Katoch, Dharmendra Dhami and Pradeep Surya have been nominated as members of the committee.
Congress President Vinay Kumar today visited the residence of senior Congress party leader and former minister Vidya Stokes at Stokes Place and wished her on her birthday.
Vinay Kumar gave him a bouquet of flowers and wished him good health.
