A marathon race was organized by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad and Khelo Bharat Ayam on Friday from Pink Petal of Himachal Pradesh University to Scandal Point Mall Road. Former state organization minister of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, Himachal Pradesh, Mahendra Dharmani ji was present as the chief guest in this program and Pradeep Shekhawat ji, head of the sports dimension of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, was present as the special guest. In this, the Chief Guest encouraged the participants of the marathon and said that in today’s time where our youth is in the grip of drug addiction, it is highly commendable for all of them to come together for a good cause and to participate in this marathon race. He said that the voting percentage has fallen in the first and second phases of voting in the country. Vidyarthi Parishad will organize a voter awareness campaign through various programs in the entire state to ensure 100 percent voting in the last phase of voting. In this series, a marathon race was organized by the Himachal Pradesh University unit today through Khelo India. Special guest Pradeep Shekhawat ji said with the slogan Nation first voting must that we have to vote 100 percent. He honored the participants who stood first and second in the marathon with cash prizes. In this, among the boys, Hrithik ji (Physical department) stood first, Vinod ji (Sanskrit department) stood second and Prem ji stood third. Among girls, Kant ji (Physical Department) stood first, Mali (Physical Department) stood second and Ishika ji (ITI) stood third. In which the first-place participant in the male and female marathon was honored with a prize of Rs 2100, the second-place participant with Rs 1500, and the third-place participant with a prize of Rs 1100.
