Kinnaur district jolt by light Earthquake
Earthquake measured 3.1 jolted Kinnuar district of Himachal Pradesh near India-Tibet border this afternoon Indian Meterogical Department spokesperson said. Earthquake was recorded at 12.14 pm at Latitude of 31.89 North and longitude of 78.67 East and five km deep in Kinnuar district on India-Tibet border 200 km meter away from Shimla, state capital. It was felt by people but no loss to property and life reported. On August 17 two similar tremors were also felt at Gocha area of Shimla and Jaidevi area of Mandi district.
