Independent candidates protesting, accept resignation

Himachal Pradesh Independent MLA Hoshiar Singh, while protesting, said that all three of us independent MLAs had submitted our resignations to the Himachal Pradesh Assembly Speaker on the 22nd and had joined the BJP party on the 23rd. Even after repeated requests, the Speaker of the Assembly is not accepting our resignation, and a notice was given by the Speaker and it was written in it that three independent MLAs have resigned under someone’s pressure. He said that we have resigned voluntarily. Have given. There was no pressure on us from anyone nor were we any allurement. It is wrong to make such allegations against us. There was no pressure on us from any political party. The speaker is a constitutional post and if the Speaker issues such a notice under someone’s pressure, then it is the murder of democracy even after repeated requests, repeated emails, and repeated reminders, Speaker Saheb No action was taken on this and instead notice was issued asking him to explain why he resigned.

KL Thakur said that he said that we are independent, we are not tied to any party. How to ask for an explanation from an independent? If an independent candidate has won then there is no need to ask for an explanation from him. Till now, not a single development work has been done in Himachal Pradesh in 14 months under the Congress government. All the works that were done were done during the previous Bharatiya Janata Party government. While protesting against this, he said that democracy should not be killed, our resignation should be accepted with immediate effect and voting should be conducted in all the three assembly constituencies so that milk and milk and water will come to the fore.

Ashish Sharma said that during the last 14 months of Congress rule, our honor and respect have been harmed. He said that this harm to honor and respect has not happened to me but to my people. We kept asking for an appointment from the Congress government. We did not get an appointment for 14 months. Despite making many announcements, not a single announcement was fulfilled. Medical files not cleared. The Congress government did not have money to meet the demand of Rs 1 lakh. Attacking the Congress, Ashish Sharma said that the Congress party kept giving money to its MLAs, but no work was done for us independent MLAs. He said that 3.5 years are left, and when we go to our people, they will ask what work have done. What answer will we give to the public? Despite Congress trying to meet the Chief Minister for 8 months, the Chief Minister did not give time even once. As a result of the humiliation we have been facing for the last 14 months, all of us independent MLAs have decided to resign. We are sitting on the chair given by the public and with the blessings of the public and if we cannot do the work of the public, then we will have to resign. But there is no right to sit. He said how this Congress government is torturing the people of our assembly constituencies by strangulating democracy.
