Himachal Pradesh Police which became victim of one of glaring examination paper leak scam today made an astonishing claimed kingpin of police leak case also involved in Indian Railways Group D examination and six o to others paper leak case. A press statement issued here today from HPP Headquarter said thatOne of the kingpins, Shiv Bhadur Singh, who was arrested from Varanasi, byour SIT with assistance of UP Special Task Force (STF) has been involved in the eight questions paper leak cases. FIR had been registered against him ( No. 128/16) on 7/7/2017 and again on13/10/2017 in JBT and TGT Paper Leak Scam respectively. He was taken on production warrant in Case( FIR No 201/17) in TGT paperleak scam.He was arrested by Punjab Police in FIR (No 4) dated 6.4. 2016 for paper leakof Senior Assistant & SDO in Municipal Corporation Punjab. An FIR (No 5 date 24.05. 2016) lodged against him for leaking of Inspector Grade 1 paper. FIR (no 6dt 25.05 2016 ) for leaking of JE exam in PUDA. An FIR( No 15 dated 16. 10. 2016) for leaking of SDO exam in Punjab IrrigationDepartment. He was also arrested by UP Police in FIR( no 45/2006( for leaking Railway Recruitment Scam Group D Exam of 2006.Arrested by Hyderabad Police in FIR( no 18 dt 25. 07.2016) for Medical Entrance Exam. Spokesperson claimed that hopefully in the next few days some more king-pins would be arrested. State police said that SIT Probing police paper leak case is getting its paper work ready to hand over to CBI as and whenthey arrive to take over the investigation of this case. The official said that what is emerging that paper leakage all over the country has become an organized crime and the king-pins use laptop, computers, mobiles, artificial intelligence and other technologies in this crime. Since most of the public examinations are held on Sundays, the modus-operandi of this “paper leakage organized crime” is the (a) Get a schedule of public examinations to be held all over the country.(b) Secure the questions paper through their organized crime networks.(c) Through a network of coaching classes and agents identify potentialcandidates. Leak question papers on consideration of money.(d) Every week change their phones and sims to avoid detection and arrest.(e) In case of arrest, stay in police and judicial custody and then on releasestart the crime again.
