In the last two years, Congress has lost trust, faith and support: Jairam Thakur

BJP District Shimla organised a protest demonstration at the CTO, in which BJP Leader of Opposition Jai Ram Thakur, BJP State President Dr Rajiv Bindal, State Incharge Shrikant Sharma, Co-Incharge Sanjay Tandon, MP Suresh Kashyap, State General Secretary Siddharthan, General Secretary Bihari Lal Sharma, Youth Front President Tilak Raj were specially present.

Leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur said that if the corrupt Congress government had done any good work in its 2-year tenure, then it should be celebrated, everyone would have understood that. But in the two years of Congress rule, there was a lot of destruction and ruin in the state, Himachal Pradesh became tough on the issue of auction. In such a situation, I am saying very simply that this celebration in Himachal Pradesh is an unnecessary celebration, a celebration of ruin. Therefore, we are protesting that what is there to celebrate. The government does not have financial resources in the state, employees are not getting salary, pensioners are not getting pension, outsourced employees are waiting for salary for four months, but crores of rupees are being spent on celebrations, no one is able to understand this. The entire state has been burdened and in such a situation, the BJP decided that we will put our whole point in front of the people through this program, Congress has lost a lot in the state in two years. Trust was lost, faith was lost, unity was lost and along with that the way Himachal was humiliated in the whole country, because of all these things, today BJP has shown its anger. Talking about the guarantees, those promises have not been fulfilled anywhere and these people are trying to create such an environment by lying heart and soul, I say this is very unfortunate. Today we are speaking here in this program in Shimla and in all the district headquarters, people are coming in large numbers to this program and BJP has started to overthrow the Congress government from the chairmanship of this program.
