The joy of becoming a mother is very special for any woman and the 9 months of pregnancy are full of many ups and downs in their life. During pregnancy, a lot of changes happen in a woman’s body. Any woman during pregnancy becomes more sensitive than before. A new life is growing in their womb about which their anxiety remains for 24 hours. Because of this, their behavior changes. Some women become very irritable during pregnancy, feel less hungry than before, abdominal pain and gas starts forming and along with all this increasing weight also affects them.

Dr. Chanchal Sharma, Director and Gynaecologist of Asha Ayurveda says that 9 months of pregnancy is very important for a woman and her child in the womb. At this time, they need proper care. At this time their condition is the same as the condition of a seed after getting into the ground and before the plant is formed. If he does not get proper nutrients and the right environment to grow regularly during this time, it can be harmful.

Here’s what Dr Chanchal Sharma says to avoid miscarriage during pregnancy:

Don’t stay empty stomach for too long: In the early months of pregnancy, all the organs of the child in the womb begin to develop and this is very important for his all-round development, so any pregnant woman is told that no matter how much nausea or vomiting is coming, you must eat food from time to time. The food that a pregnant woman eats also provides the baby with the necessary nutrients and keeps her healthy.

It is important to be active: It is difficult to understand and accept all the changes that occur in a woman’s body during pregnancy. Many women feel tired and avoid much movement, which can be harmful to your health and the health of the baby in the womb, so it is important to be physically active. If you can not exercise, you can walk, but change the habit of relaxing completely.

Don’t stand for too long: Any pregnant woman should avoid working standing for a long time because it can be dangerous for both the mother and the child and can also cause swelling in your legs. Don’t hesitate to ask for help during this time.

Avoid climbing stairs. Weight gain in pregnant women is a common thing that you all know. With increasing weight, it is difficult to maintain balance in your body, so they should take special care while climbing up and down the stairs, because even a little carelessness can be harmful for them.

Don’t smoke: Smoking is harmful to one’s health but especially when it comes to pregnant women, we find that it can be the most harmful for them. With this one habit, you can lose the child in your womb, so do not smoke yourself or be around such people.

Avoid lifting heavy weights. Pregnant women should not lift heavy weights as it puts pressure on your abdomen which can lead to the death of the unborn baby.
