HIMUDA to enhance its turnover: Rajesh Dharmani

While presiding over the review meeting of the Housing and Urban Development Authority (HIMUDA) here today Housing, Town and Country Planning and Housing Minister Rajesh Dharmani emphasized bringing in IT tools for the facilitation of management of HIMUDA resources and creating a vertical of business development and marketing in HIMUDA. He directed HIMUDA officials to take steps to enhance its turnover.  

The Minister has also given direction to HIMUDA to create a good land bank for the creation of housing colonies and the development of commercial infrastructure in the state. He also suggested that HIMUDA should thrive on developing theme based infrastructure and asked to look at the possibilities of having soft loans for developmental projects.

Vice Chairman HIMUDA Yashwant Chhajta, Sandeep Kumar, CEO-cum-Secretary HIMUDA, Executive Director HIMUDA Suresh Kumar Singha, and other senior officers of HIMUDA also attended the meeting.
