Himachal Pradesh Police to recruit 1088 constables, notification issued
Good news for youths preparing for police recruitment! There are 1,088 constable vacancies in the Himachal Pradesh Police. The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) has issued a short notification regarding this. The application process will run until October 31, 2024. Interested candidates must apply through the official website of HPPSC at hppsc.hp.gov.in. Only online applications will be considered valid for these posts.
Out of the total posts, 708 are reserved for male constables and 380 for female constables. The commission will soon release a detailed advertisement for this recruitment. HP Police Constable Recruitment 2024 Selection Process: Candidates applying for the constable posts will be selected through a written exam, PMT (Physical Measurement Test), and PET (Physical Efficiency Test). Candidates who pass the written exam will be called for the next stages of the selection process. The exam will be for 100 marks. Selected candidates will receive a salary under Pay Band Level-3, ranging from ₹20,200 to ₹64,000.
