Himachal Govt. submits 210 DPRs of BJP MLA’s worth Rs.1,863 crore to NABARD
A Spokesperson of the state government today dismissed the statement made by opposition leader, Jai Ram Thakur, as baseless and lacking factual accuracy, in which he alleged that the Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for opposition MLAs had not been prepared for the past two years.
The Spokesperson clarified that over the last two years, from 1st January, 2023 to 3rd February, 2025, the present government has submitted 210 DPRs for various projects worth Rs.1,863 crore, covering all 28 BJP MLAs, to NABARD for approval. Of these, 62 DPRs, amounting to Rs. 421 crore across the 28 assembly constituencies, have already been approved.
He further stated that during this period, most opposition MLAs have fully availed themselves of this funding, successfully reaching the maximum limit set for their respective constituencies.
