Himachal Government maintaining financial discipline: Sukhu 

Himachal Pradesh Chief minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu who also hold the portfolio of finance again stated today that state have poor financial condition as state had paucity of funds. He made this statement today while addressing a

delegation of Theog Assembly Constituency comprising  Kehar Singh Khachi, Vice-Chairman of Himachal Pradesh State Forest Development Corporation & Member of Assembly Kuldeep Rathore. He said that despite the poor economic condition of the State, paucity of funds would not be a hindrance in the way of development. He said that the government was making concerted efforts for maintaining financial discipline and water cess has been imposed on the hydro power projects setup in the State so that the welfare schemes could be implemented smoothly.

The Chief Minister reiterated that his government has not come here to enjoy power  but for ‘Vyastha Parivartan’  (change the system) and we have  taken effective steps in this direction. He said that Kehar Singh Khachi has been serving the party for 25 years and now he has been given due respect in the government as well. He said that the pace of development in Theog constituency would be accelerated.

MLA, Theog AC Kuldeep Singh Rathore thanked the Chief Minister for appointing Kehar Singh Khachi the Vice-Chairman of the State Forest Development Corporation and said that this would further boost the morale of the workers.The newly appointed Vice Chairman of Kehar Singh Khachi thanked the Chief Minister and said that he would not leave any stone unturned to live up to expectations of the state government. He said that the Chief Minister has given adequate representation to all the regions in the government. It is worthwhile to mention that Theog and Jubbal Kotkhai Assembly Constituency have highest per capita income in the state.
