Harshita, Nancy Shine at District U-13 Badminton Meet

Harshita and Nancy, two promising students of Government Senior Secondary School, Kuthar, have brought laurels to the school with their impressive performances in a badminton competition. Both players reached the finals of the district-level Under-13 Badminton Tournament held in Solan and also qualified for the state-level Open Badminton Championship.
Team coach Madan Kaushal stated that during the competition, Harshita and Nancy demonstrated excellent coordination and athleticism, reaching the finals. In the title match, they lost to the pair of Swadha Rawat and Aaradhya after a tough fight. However, despite finishing as runners-up, both players secured a spot in the state-level competition due to their outstanding performance. Now, both players will showcase their talents at the state-level championships to be held in Una.
Upon arriving at the school after this achievement at the district level, both students were warmly welcomed with garlands. The school principal congratulated the students and encouraged them to perform even better at the state-level competition. He attributed this success to the players’ hard work, dedication, and the guidance of coach Madan Kaushal, saying that such achievements are achieved only through regular practice and dedication.
