Flash flood shutdown Tandi-Udaipur-Killar National Highway-76 at Tozing Nulla in Sub Division Lahaul this afternoon in Lahaul-Spiti district of Himachal on Wednesday. Spokesperson of state diaster Management authority said that 30 to 40 vehicles are stuck on both sides of the road as information received from the local Patwari about the Flash Flood. The BRO deployed heavy machineries to open the blocked heavy.
