Expressed gratitude for opening a sewing center in Peeran

Pradhan Bimla Verma, Secretary Vidya Chauhan and all other women of Gram Sangathan Peeran have expressed their gratitude to DC Shimla Anupam Kashyap, Director UCO RSETI Tanya Sharma, BDO Mashobra Ankit Kotia, Pradhan of Keylong Cluster Group Geeta Thakur, Pooja Thakur, Savita Negi and all other dignitaries for opening a sewing center in Peeran Gram Panchayat of Mashobra Vikas Block. Bimla Verma and Vidya Chauhan said that with the opening of this sewing center, 35 unemployed women of Peeran Panchayat will become self-reliant. They said that a sewing center has opened in Peeran after a gap of many years.
On the other hand, former Pradhan Dayaram Verma, and senior BJP official Pritam Singh Thakur have also expressed gratitude for opening the sewing center. They have requested DC Shimla that the period of sewing training should be increased from one month to at least three months so that women can gain expertise in sewing work. They say that a training period of one month is very short. During this time, women will only be able to learn the basics of sewing and after training, most of the women will not be able to do sewing work due to lack of proficiency. They say that sewing work is related to every person and until proficiency is not gained in sewing work, women becoming self-reliant will be limited to paper only.
