Education department of the state is continuously moving towards lockdown: Bindal
Dr. Bindal, while commenting on the working style of the education department of Himachal Pradesh, said that the education department of the state is continuously moving towards lockdown with the blessings of the Chief Minister. The first achievement of the education department was that in the first phase, 900 schools were closed and small children were forced to walk three to five kilometers every day. Many children were forced to leave education or were forced to take admission in private schools. In the second phase, again an order was issued to close 600 schools and many colleges and the growing steps of the education department were tied in chains. In the third phase, the teachers who teach in Hindi were ordered to teach in English and the children were left hanging. In the fourth phase, the controversy of the Directorate of Education was raised and the entire education department was in a state of panic. Even when thousands of teachers are controlled by different education directorates, it is difficult to manage the work, but an order was issued that no matter what happens, there will be only one directorate.
Dr. Bindal said that during the two and a half years of the present government, not a single teacher was recruited, not a single school assistant was recruited, not a single new school was opened, they are only making excuses to improve the quality of education by locking down the schools. The poor families of the state are becoming dependent on others for providing education to their children. Children did not get school uniforms for two years. The education department of the state is ruining the education department by taking dictatorial decisions under the directions of the Chief Minister. He said that the present government feels that there has never been a sensible Chief Minister in Himachal Pradesh before them and probably never will be, so they have taken the contract of all the ruin.
