Discussion on Opposition’s NCM against state government tomorrow : Speaker 

Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar accepted the Opposition Congress party’s No-Confidence Motion against the council of minister of Jai Ram Thakur which was moved in the house by 22 members of Congress and one of CPI(M) alleging that state government remained fail on all the front.  After heating exchanging between members of opposition and treasury benches including Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur in the house today the speaker said that he accept the notice of the Congress and other members as it was moved by them. He said that to allow the members to participated in discussion on Motion of no-Confidence,  all the business schedule for Thursday would remain suspended. He said that house would assemble at 11 am tomorrow and discussion on the NCM would held till 3 pm after which chief minister give reply on the no confidence motion.  Speaker said that he would urged the both the sides to give  name of speakers to him so that he could allow him to speak in the house.  Mukesh Agninhotri and other member of Congress welcome the accepting of their motion but demanded that all the 23 members must be given time to speak on the motion.  Congress members Asha Kumari, Ram Lal Thakur and Harshvardhan Chauhan also sought the speaker to increased more time to them so that all the 23 movers of motion and BJP members would participate in the discussion. Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur said that his government is not running away from the NCM and it is ready to discuss the motion he however said that speaker should be pressured by member to decided how he should allow to run the discussion in the house. Accusing Opposition Congress being divided house he said that they have no single leaders and party have appointed number of presidents who are trying to fixed the discussion. He said that Opposition virtually made the house a fish markets and they are trying to bulldozed the agenda of the house by creating disruption frequently on every issue. The opposition Congress earlier stressing upon the motion disrupted the proceeding of houses. The speaker adjourned the house for 15 minutes . As the house assembled again speaker said that he is ready to hear the opposition members who have submitted motion of no confidence which should have sufficient number in the house. The speaker also conducted the head counts in the house to support the motion and all the 23 members were present in the houses.
