DC holds meeting to under Forest right act; Discuss 49 developmental matter

To discuss the pending matter of developmental works under Forest Right Act Shimla district administration shown commitment to complete various works like road and public amenities. 
Deputy Commissioner Shimla Aditya Negi took a meeting in his office room here today regarding 
the certificate of Forest Rights Act 2006.
He said that in this meeting 49 matters related to roads, ambulance roads, gas godowns, fire stations community buildings were discussed thoroughly and necessary guidelines were given. He said thatthe present State Government is committed to complete the development work in rural areas and importance is being given to inclusive development so that the people of rural areas can be benefitted.
The Deputy Commissioner established a direct dialogue with the Forest Officers and Panchayat representatives present and made them aware of the specifics of the Forest Rights Act 2006.

Additional District Magistrate Rahul Chauhan, Zilla Parishad member Vishal Shankta and other officers were also present on this occasion.
