CPS cancelled, welcome step: Bindal
BJP state president Dr Rajiv Bindal said that the important decision of the Himachal Pradesh High Court has proved how the current Congress government of Himachal Pradesh spent two years appointing Chief Parliamentary Secretaries illegally. The money of Himachal Pradesh was misused continuously, powers were misused, appointing 6 Chief Parliamentary Secretaries and giving them powers equal to ministers was illegal and against the Constitution.
Dr. Bindal said that we welcome the decision of the Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh which directed to remove all the 6 Chief Parliamentary Secretaries. The decision to end their powers and law is a welcome step and we condemn the unjust attitude of the present Congress government towards the people of Himachal Pradesh.
