CPIM best performing party in Himachal Assembly, Jagat Singh Negi of INC Best MLA 

Association for Democratic Reforms(ADR|) today released the performance of MLAs and Political parties in 13 state legislative assembly from Jan 9 2018 to Agusst 2022 indicating CPI(M) the best performing political outfits and Jagat Singh Negi of Congress the best performining Member of assemblhy from Kinnuar. The survey conducted from the proceeding of 13 Assembly from 1st to Last seeson stated that assembly was so efficinet in disposal of bills that it passed as many as 16 legislations with in same day  of it was laid in the house. 19 paged report compled by the ADR and released by the state convenor OP Bhorata Analysised the perfomance of MLAs in Himachal Pradesh assembly on the base of number of queries or questoins raised or asked. During the five years  Jagat Singh Negi who was in fray for 14 th assembly electon from Kinnuar(Schedule tribe) from 4th terms asked as many as 482 queries , INC MLA from Rohru (SC) Mohan Lal Brakta was 2nd with 368 queries and CPI(M) lone MLA in assembly from Theog figured 3rd with 334 queries however party figure in the top with raising highest 334 average questions in each session, Congress  with 21 Members figures 2nd with 179 queries and BJP having 38 MLAs have asked only 105 queries. Ram Lal Thakur of Naina Devi of INC have raised 291 quries and Ramesh Dhawala of BJP is 5 th top performing MLA who asekd 289 quries. ADR said that members asked highest 1073 queries about  public works department, 751 qurries of Jal Shakti Vibhaaaag, 699 quries of Health and Family welfare, 508 queries of higher educaitons, 422 queries of Multiporpose and power projects, 338 of Revenue, 331 of Transport, 307 of Elementary Education, 269 of Forest, 253 of Agriculture, 234 of Home Department, 214 of Horticulture, 212 of Rural Development , 207 of Urban Development and 205 of Induatries . The ADR analysing the perfomance and productivity of of 13 th legilsative assembbly pointed out that 16 bills were passed taking same day for introduction , discussion and passing, 13 bills passed in one days before introduction a day head, 12 bill passed in two days, six bills are passed in three days two bills in four days and five bills in five days. The assembly passed total 54 bills in five years as 15 bills were passed 2018, 20 in 2019 , 14 in 2020 and five in 2021 .

. The worst performing MLAs are Rajiv Bindal of BJP who asked only seven queries, Jeet Ram Katwal of BJP only 40 queries, Narinder Bragta 17, Ravinder Kumar of BJP 37 quries , Virbhadra Singh of INC 49 and Reen Kashyap of BJP 40 , Ritha Devi of BJP 24 quries.
