Baddi-Barotiwala railway line, Una-Amb-Andaura railway line, Bilaspur railway line, AIIMS, three medical colleges each, IIM, Hydro Engineering College, PGI Satellite Hospital, buildings worth billions of rupees in Central University, 8 lakh houses have water supply. Poor welfare schemes like connection, pucca houses for 21 thousand poor, free treatment to 11 lakh poor through Ayushman Bharat, free ration to 20 lakh people, Swanidhi scheme for street vendors, Vishwakarma scheme for workers have helped Himachal.
