Congress government is anti-employee: Sandipani

 BJP’s state spokesperson Sandipani Bhardwaj said that every employee class in Himachal Pradesh is oppressed and worried about their problems. It seems that every person in Himachal is agitated.

He said that on the 8th day of the assembly session, the water protectors of the state arrived demanding a permanent policy and demonstrated here with their demands.

Even the Asha workers are still worried about their demands and soon the Asha workers will also launch a big movement against the government.

He said that the main demand of water protectors is a permanent policy. He is continuously urging the government to take appropriate decisions keeping in mind the interests of about 6000 water guards working in the state. BJP is standing shoulder to shoulder with them.

The water guards are working 10-10 hours a day and whether it is a disaster situation or there is sunshine or snowfall, but the water guards have not backed down from their services and while doing this work, many of their comrades have become dear to God. Therefore they demand from the government that a permanent policy should be made for them. This demand is completely justified, but it seems that this deceitful government is sitting with its ears closed and does not want to listen to the plea of ​​the public.

The Zilla Parishad officer-employee delegation informed that currently the Zilla Parishad is under the Panchayati Raj Department and their demand is that their services should be adjusted in the Rural Development Department. He has been struggling for this work for the last several years and his work is now in the final stages. He said that he has not yet been given the benefit of the Sixth Pay Commission, although the Finance Department has already approved it.

He said that this government is anti-employee and is not in favor of providing their rights to those who have served the public day and night. This government is not in favor of providing employment but is in favor of taking away employment, tableau, most of the money for this department is coming from the Centre, yet this government is not in favor of giving the rights of the employees.
