Congress Gears Up for Panchayat Polls: Vinay Kumar and Rajni Patil Chart the Road Ahead

State Congress President Vinay Kumar met with AICC member and state affairs in-charge MP Rajni Patil today to discuss strengthening the party’s organization in Himachal Pradesh. The two leaders held detailed talks on the formation of the PCC, district, and block executive committees, while also reviewing the ongoing MNREGA Save Campaign.

Vinay Kumar pressed for the quick approval of district and block executive proposals, stressing that their formation ahead of the upcoming Panchayat elections would give the party a decisive edge. He noted that assigning responsibilities early would help mobilize leaders and workers effectively during the polls.

Highlighting the importance of the Panchayat and municipal body elections, Kumar reminded that while these contests are not fought on party symbols, they play a crucial role in bringing Congress-affiliated individuals to the forefront. He assured that the party is fully prepared and will push strongly in Gram Panchayats to secure victories for candidates aligned with Congress ideology.
