Congress former MLA Tekchand Dogra passes away

Congress leader from Nachan assembly constituency, former MLA Tekchand Dogra passed away this morning in his native village. 

He was 72 years old. In a press release issued today Brahmdas Chauhan, Vice President of the State Scheduled Caste Department informed. He was elected four times as MLA from the Nachan constituency of Mandi between 1985 to 2012. 

Mr Dogra took a voluntary retirement political journey from the post of teacher in 1985 and joined public life. His political life was full of ups and downs and he contested seven assembly elections and was elected four times.
