British Deputy High Commissioner Launches Advanced iHUB Tech Lab at Shoolini University
In a significant move to boost technological innovation, British Deputy High Commissioner Caroline Rowett inaugurated the iHUB Shoolini, an advanced tech lab at Shoolini University. This cutting-edge facility is dedicated to research in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), the Internet of Things (IoT), and Drone Technology.
The iHUB Shoolini lab was developed in collaboration with iHUB DivyaSampark and the Technology Innovation Hub under the National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NMICPS). With backing from the Department of Science and Technology and IIT Roorkee, this lab aims to drive interdisciplinary research with real-world applications across multiple industries.
At the event, Shoolini University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Atul Khosla emphasized the university’s commitment to pioneering research in advanced technologies. “This facility will empower our students and researchers to explore transformative technologies like AI, IoT, and drones, which are driving global industrial shifts,” he stated.
