BJP MP Kashyap did record-breaking work for Shimla, no need for a certificate from Congress: Suresh Bhardwaj

Former state president of BJP and former minister Suresh Bhardwaj said that current MP Suresh Kashyap has spent record-breaking MP funds from the Shimla parliamentary constituency, where MP fund was not received for two years during the Covid crisis, despite this BJP MP has spent more than 100 percent of the money.

He said that the Congress party only believes in propaganda and is only trying to tarnish the image of the sitting MP. We want to ask the Congress Party leaders that they should present before the public the details of where former 6-time MP KD Sultanpuri spent his MP funds.

He said that in the five years from 2019 to 2024, BJP MPs spent MP funds from Rs 19 crores to Rs 19,30,45,875, which is historic. As it is known, every MP is sanctioned MP fund of Rs 5 crore every year and during this tenure, MP fund was not received for 2 years during the Covid crisis.

He said that BJP MP has sanctioned an amount of Rs 7,26,65,000 in Shimla district, Rs 5,44,47,875 in Solan district and Rs 6,59,33,000 in Sirmaur. That means the total amount approved is Rs 19,30,45,875.

If we talk assembly constituency wise, there are 7 assembly constituencies under Shimla district for which Suresh Kashyap has 98,00,000 votes in Chaupal, 1,29,25,000 in Jubbal Kotkhai, 1,05,15,000 in Kasumpti, 1,13 in Rohru. An amount of Rs.75,000 was approved in Shimla Rural, Rs.1,30,30,000 in Shimla Urban and Rs.9,22,00,000 in Theog. Similarly, there are 5 assembly constituencies under Solan district, in which Rs 1,43,89,000 have been sanctioned in Arki, Rs 98,50,000 in Doon, Rs 1,12,33,875 in Kasauli, Rs 80,75,000 in Nalagarh and Rs 1,09,00,000 in Solan. of. Sirmaur district also has 5 assembly constituencies in which Kashyap has won 1,66,53,000 in Nahan, 1,79,50,000 in Pachhad, 68,70,000 in Paonta Sahib, 1,20,10,000 in Shillai and 1,24 in Shri Renuka Ji. An amount of Rs 50,000 was approved.

He said that BJP MP has done excellent work in Shimla MP constituency with the help of Modi government, which is a big record in itself. The amount sanctioned by the Central Government for IIM Dhaula Kuan District Sirmaur is Rs 309 crore, the sanctioned amount for Medical College Nahan Bhavan is Rs 370 crore, the sanctioned amount for Renuka Power Dam is Rs 6946.99 crore, Green Corridor N. H. 707 Paonta Sahib – Rajwan Shilai, amount sanctioned for Hatkoti is Rs 1426 crore, 3 rooms of National Center for Disease Control Lab have also been approved, Medical Device Park Nalagar Rs 5000 crore, Chandigarh Baddi Railway Line Rs 1540.15 crore, Sunni Power Project 382 MW Rs 2614.51. Crore, Nuclear Shimla Four Lane 2730 Crore, Chandigarh Baddi Four Lane 452 Crore, Cippet Baddi 46 Crore, Theog Bypass proposed at a cost of Rs 54 Crore and many other works have been done under the chairmanship of MP Suresh Kashyap.
