BJP Leader and Singer Face Allegations of Rape in Kasauli: Investigation Underway

Kasauli police have registered a case against Haryana BJP President Mohan Lal Badoli and singer Rocky Mittal following a complaint by a woman from Haryana. The complainant has alleged that she was raped at a Kasauli hotel a few days ago.

Police Statement
SP Solan Gaurav Singh confirmed that the complaint was lodged on December 13, 2024, at the Kasauli police station. “The allegations are under investigation, and appropriate action will be taken based on the findings,” he stated.

Details of the Complaint
The complainant, a married woman, has alleged that she was forcibly made to consume alcohol at a hotel in Kasauli and was then raped. According to her, singer Rocky Mittal lured her with promises of making her an actress in one of his music albums, while BJP leader Mohan Lal Badoli allegedly offered her a government job.

The woman also claimed that two months ago, both accused threatened her with dire consequences if she reported the incident. She alleged that they intimidated her by warning they would implicate her in a false case in Panchkula.

Response from BJP Leader
Mohan Lal Badoli has categorically denied the allegations, describing them as baseless and politically motivated. “These claims are part of a conspiracy to tarnish my image. There is no truth to these accusations,” he asserted.
