Around one lakh Employees and retiree covered by New pension scheme Assembled at in the state capital Shimla in Himachal Pradesh on Thursday seeking restoration of Old pension scheme in the state.State President of New Pension Scheme Employees Federation, Pradeep Thakur told us that one lakh employees from across the state and retired employees taking new pension have also reached the protest.  The Administeration tried hard to stop protesters by intimidating them but crowd keep on growing.  He said that administration had put up barricades near 103 tunnels for about two hours.   After this, there was a light scuffle with the police personnel and then thousands of personnel crossed the barricades and left for the assembly.  The administration had put up barricades from place to place.  More than half the employees are still standing with 103, while half the employees are mobilizing outside the Legislative Assembly.  Pradeep Thakur said that we would stay here tonight because we are demanding that the Chief Minister should talk to us, even if the ops is not to be implemented, the Chief Minister should say this in front of the employees who have come here.  The Chief Minister is a good hearted person but his advisors are giving wrong feedback about our movement.  Employees across the state are adamant for their only demand that old pension should be restored.  The budget is to be presented tomorrow but if talks are not held with us, our agitation will continue in future also.  I am grateful to all the personnel who have become a part of this movement, along with the National President of the National Movement of Old Pension Scheme, Vijay Kumar Bandhu, who guided us here.  On this occasion, National President Vijay Kumar Bandhu said that the employees have the right to old pension and now the country is moving towards restoration of pension.  Himachal Pradesh government should also apply old pension. The protesters allowed ambulances and emergency vehicles to cross the Protest. Thakur  said that DGP Sanjay Kundu came first to talk to the employees who came outside the Legislative Assembly, but the staff did not back down from their demand, after which Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj came for talks.  But there is a demand of the workers that they will talk to the Chief Minister and not anyone else.Thousands of employees have reached from every district of the state on the call of New Pension Scheme Employees Federation.  The administration has stopped the vehicles of the employees coming to the demonstration from place to place, but then thousands have reached the demonstration.
