Bhupendra Kanwar, candidate of Zip Ward Chamiyana, visited various Panchayats

 Bhupendra Kanwar, the Congress-backed candidate for the Chamiyana ward of the Shimla Zila Parishad, visited the Dhali Satlai and Peeran Gram Panchayats of the Junga tehsil on Tuesday and urged the people to continue their support for the Congress party. Addressing street meetings at various locations, he said it was a matter of pride that Aniruddh Singh, the MLA from the Kasumpti constituency, holds the position of a cabinet minister in the state government, and that the Congress party has held dominance in the Kasumpti constituency for the past 25 years. He said that the Congress party is synonymous with development, and under the dynamic leadership of Cabinet Minister Aniruddh Singh, development has been ensured not only in the Kasumpti constituency but in the entire state, especially in the rural areas.
Councillor Narendra Thakur of the Bhattha Kufer ward of Shimla Municipal Corporation also highlighted the achievements of the Congress party and urged people to support it. He said that Bhupendra Kanwar is a prominent leader of the Congress party and has served as the president of the Kasupanti Congress Mandal. He has also served as the head of the Chamiyana Panchayat twice.
Former Pradhan Daya Ram Verma, Atar Singh Thakur, Daulat Ram Mehta, Surendra Sodi, Ramanand Sharma, Virendra Kumar, former Deputy Pradhan Sandeep Mehta and Baburam, Ramesh Kumar along with other Congress officials were present in the program.
