Befitting reply to stall I-day ceremony, people should place tricolour on their house : CM

After receiving a threat call from Pro-Khalistaini outfit on his mobile phone Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on Tuesday made a suomoto statement in the house urging people to place tricolour in their house on the occasion of Independence Day to give befitting reply tocall of stalling Independence day function.
Making a sumoto statement in the state assembly before launch break Mr. Thakur said that a threatcalls and a message were received on his phone, Leader of Opposition Mukesh Agnihotri, Member ofAssembly Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, Asha Kumari, Vikramditya, Sunder SIngh and Lakhvinder Rana some media persons and distinguished persons of the society. 
Informing that these calls are being made from Canada in the form of recorded massges Mr Thakur said that pro khalistan miscreant who named him Grpatwant Singh Pannu provoking the prokhalistaini sikh and farmers to come out stalling Independence day tricolour hoisting  function by the Jai Ram Thakur and BJP president Jagat Prakash Nadda.
The Chief Minister said that the cyber unit of state police have already lodged an FIR into the threat call made to mediapersons booking the accused under UAPA and sedition law. 
He  said that state police decided to beef up the security cover of Himachal Pradesh Governor Rajinder Vishvanath Arlekar, Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, BJP president J P Nadda and Union Minister Anurag Thakur.
Mr Mukesh Agnihotri said that similar calls have been made for a long time in Punjab and other states however it is the first time that Chief Minister  Jai Ram Thakur , Leader of Congress party and media persons have got the threats. 
LoP said that the Congress legislative party leaders are getting more threat calls on their number compared toruling BJP leaders however Congress party is in forefront to support the cause farmers against the three farms law enacted by Modi govt should have been repealed. 
Cong leader said that the Government has beefed up security of its leaders after threat calls however Congress MLAs and common people did not take care off by the Government. 
He said that pro-Khalistan sikhs also stalled an event held in honour of Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singhduring his recent visit to Canada.  Union Government should talk to the concerned foregin government to ensureextradition of outfit pro khalistani caller, he added
