Baldeyan School became the all-round best school

The Under-19 Block Level Sports Competition for girl students of Mashobra Block concluded at Government Senior Secondary School, Neen. Based on the excellent performance in this four-day competition, Government Senior Secondary School, Baldeyan was awarded the title of All Round Best School. Around 250 girl students from 15 schools of Mashobra Block, including 11 government and four private schools, participated in various sports and cultural events.
Local Panchayat head Ghanshyam Kumar attended the closing ceremony as the chief guest, while Deputy Head Baldev Thakur was the special guest. The chief guest honored the winning and runner-up teams and participants by presenting them with prizes.
Sports in-charge Nandlal Sharma said that in the sports competitions, Peeran came first and Koti second in volleyball, Baldeyan came first and Neen second in Kabaddi and Ghaini came first and Neen second in Kho-Kho. Patgaihar came first and Baldeyan second in badminton. Baldeyan school got first place in the march past. He said that Baldeyan came first and Mashobra second in Yoga, while Ghaini came first and Baldeyan second in chess.
Similarly, the girl students displayed their outstanding talent in cultural competitions. In folk dance, Government Senior Secondary School Mashobra came first, and MPS Mashobra came second. In group singing, RPS Baldeyan came first, and Mashobra second. In one-act plays, Ghaini came first, and RPS Baldeyan came second.
Similarly, Durgapur came first and Baldeyan second in Sanskrit shloka recitation, Durgapur first and Mashobra second in Sanskrit Geetika, MPS Mashobra first and Durgapur second in classical solo singing, while RPS Baldeyan came first and Durgapur second in folk song and folk singing solo. Peeran came first and Baldeyan second in the speech competition.
At the closing ceremony, chief guest Ghanshyam Kumar encouraged the students to actively participate in educational and cultural activities, not just sports. School Principal Ramakrishna Markandey welcomed the chief guest and other guests and expressed his gratitude to all the schools, players, teachers, and the organizing committee for the successful organization of the competition.
