Awareness was created about AIDS in Degree College Chail Koti

Under the aegis of Red Ribbon Club of Degree College Chail Koti, HIV or AIDS awareness program was organized as part of International Youth Day awareness campaign. Principal Dr. Deepshikha Bhardwaj presided over the program. She made children aware about prevention of AIDS disease. She called upon children to make their village and society aware about AIDS. Principal encouraged the students by giving them prizes.
All the students of the college participated in it with great enthusiasm. The message of AIDS awareness was given through activities like poetry recitation, quiz, collage, rangoli, slogan writing etc. Program coordinator Assistant Professor Bobija Sharma while addressing the students told about the objectives of Red Ribbon. He said that such clubs have been formed in colleges so that correct information related to this disease can be conveyed to the society through the youth. On this occasion, the students made the function attractive by presenting a colorful cultural program. All the professors of the college made the program successful by registering their presence.
