An action plan will be made to make Junga clean and beautiful : Kartikeya Sharma

A comprehensive action plan will be developed at the local level to make Junga town clean, beautiful, and organized. Public participation will be given top priority in this campaign. Assistant Commissioner Revenue and Tehsildar Junga, Kartikeya Sharma, stated this while presiding over a meeting of the local Panchayat and Chamber of Commerce, organized to improve Junga’s sanitation system.
Kartikeya Sharma said that Junga is rapidly developing as a city, and cleanliness is an important part of its identity. The functioning and development of any city is also judged by its cleanliness and arrangements. He said that the collective role of the local administration, Panchayat, Chamber of Commerce, Police Battalion, and ordinary citizens is crucial in keeping Junga clean and beautiful.
He urged the local Panchayat, the police battalion, and the public to identify suitable locations for the proper disposal of the city’s garbage. He said that it is essential to develop a solid system for scientific and systematic waste management to keep the city free of filth.
The Tehsildar stated that special provisions will be made for Junga City’s sanitation system, including funds received from the 15th and 16th Finance Commissions. He clarified that local participation will be essential to ensure effective regular cleaning of the city.
He said that to provide honorarium to contracted employees for sanitation and to maintain the system, people will also have to contribute according to their capacity. Appealing for cooperation from all concerned, he said that only through the collective efforts of the administration, the Panchayat, and the public can Junga be developed into a clean, beautiful, and ideal city.
The meeting was attended by officials of the local Panchayat and Chamber of Commerce and local people.
