Amendments being made by Central Govt in Advocates Act 1961 unreasonable

All India Congress Committee spokesperson, Theog MLA and former senior advocate, Government of India Kuldeep Singh Rathore has termed the amendments being made by the Central Government in the Advocates Act 1961 as completely unreasonable and has supported the ongoing movement of advocates across the country against it. He has said that the Advocate Amendment Bill 2025 should be repealed.

Rathore has termed this bill as against the advocates and said that on one hand its passing will violate the rights of the advocates and on the other hand it will send a wrong message in the society. He has said that the Advocate Amendment 2025 is completely against the advocates which cannot be tolerated under any circumstances.

Rathore has demanded the Central Government to repeal the proposed Act with immediate effect.
