Allegations of voilance by the wife -AAP seeks disqualification of Dharmshala MLA

Himachal Pradesh Government was to come out of of couples controversies yet, it is surrounded another  one controversy as party legislator from Dharmshala Vishal Nehriya was blamed by his HAS wife for physically assaulting him.
Aam Aadmi party Spokesperson Mr S S Jogta in a press statement issued here today demanded resignation of Mr Nehriya seeking his arrest under the relevant law and dowry Act.
Superintendent of police Kangra have received the complainant of estranged wife of MLA after she was allegedly beaten by the BJP legislator but now action has been taken so far.

Party warned the government and police that if MLA would not arrested immediately it would not shay away to come down on the road with people to seek arrest and action on the MLA.
Two months long nuptial relationship is not enough time for the bride and bridegroom the violence by the MLA in such a short span of their marriage attract strong action against him and he should not be allowed to escape the police action due to his Political affiliation with the ruling party, AAP demanded.
The wife of MLA showed her deep agony and revealed violence against her by her in law and husband couldn’t be brushed aside and Administration expected to take action against the MLA so that trust of people on the law and order did not broken.
If Government and Administration would not take any action against the MLA it would not leave Healthy message to People on the impartial action of Administration, party demanded.
The incident has happened at the time when the BJP state executive is holding deliberation at Dharmshala.
