Union Minister of State for Coal Satish Chandra Dubey attended the Rozgar Mela as the chief guest at CPRE Kanlog under which appointment letters were distributed to more than 51000 candidates selected for government jobs at 47 places across the country by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Union Minister Satish Chandra Dubey said that the foundation of the progress and success of any nation is the youth of that nation. When the youth participate in the building of the nation, the nation also develops rapidly and also makes its mark in the world. Today, the youth of India is showing the world through their hard work and innovation that how much potential we have. Our government is ensuring at every step that employment and self-employment opportunities increase for the youth of the country. Many campaigns like Skill India, Start Up India, Digital India are creating new opportunities for the youth in this direction. Through these campaigns, we are giving an open platform to the youth of India to showcase their talent. The result of this is that in this decade, our youth have taken India far ahead in the world in the field of technology, data and innovation. Today, the success of digital platforms like UPI, ONDC and GeM, Govt. e-Marketplace shows how our youth are leading the transformation in the digital economy. Today, the highest number of real-time digital transactions are taking place in India, and a major credit for this goes to our youth.

He said that in this budget, the government has announced the Manufacturing Mission. Its objective is to promote Make in India and give the youth of India an opportunity to make products of global standards. This will not only give a boost to lakhs of MSMEs, our small entrepreneurs, but will also open up new employment opportunities across the country. Today is a time of unprecedented opportunities for the youth of India. Recently, the IMF has said that India will remain the fastest growing economy in the world. There are many aspects of this confidence, this growth. And the biggest aspect is that in the coming days, there will be an increase in jobs in every sector. In recent times, our production and exports have created new records in the automobile and footwear industries. These are the sectors that are providing employment to a large number of youth. For the first time, the products of Khadi and Village Industries have crossed the turnover of Rs 1.70 lakh crore. Nearly 1.75 lakh crore. This has created lakhs of new jobs, especially in rural areas.
