Admin should inform before Organizing events

State Government decided to further increase restriction for Covid pandemic as organiser of Soical, religious, cultural, acedemic, Sports and entertainment event have to inform district and sub-divisional authority which could introduce more curbs to ensure Covid appropriate behaviour.
A corrigendum was issued in this regard by the chief secretary Ram Subhag Singh after cabinet meeting held here today declearing additional curbs to its Order of Jan 9, 2022 notification .
 All social religious academic , , political and other congregations including marriages & funerals are permitted up to 50 per cent of the capacity , subject to maximum of 100 persons in indoor built up or covered areas  and in open spaces or outdoor areas are permitted up to 50 pc of the capacity , subject to maximum of 300 persons  .  
Prior intimation of gatherings shall be given to the District, Sub Divisional Administration and local administration could impose additional conditions upon the organizers , as deemed fit , in context of local COVID situation .  
District Administration should develop a mechanism to monitor these permissions and there shall be strict observance of COVID – 19 appropriate behavior and safety protocols during these congregations or gatherings.
  This Order should remain in force , in all parts of the Himachal Pradesh till 0600hrs of Jan 24,  2022
