Leader of Opposition and senior BJP leader Jairam Thakur has raised the question that Congress has given a ticket for Rajya Sabha to the person who fought in the court case against the water cess of Himachal Pradesh interest.
” Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu is in the public dock as he had to answer on the issue of a person party is supporting a candidate opposing the interest of the state in the court.
He made scathing atta6on the choice of Congress candidate stating that it has given a ticket to a person who has always remained in some kind of controversies.
Jairam Thakur was briefed the media soon after filling of nomination of BJP Rajya Sabha candidate Harsh Mahajan.
The stands of both the parties are full of surmises as the BJP government at center is not allowing water cess to be collected, on the other hand, Congress wants to send to Rajya Sabha the person standing in the court against the decision of water cess. This is a very ridiculous situation.
