A man lost life fighting with inferno 

 A devastation fire broke out in a cowshed this morning a man who was trying to doused the inferno died while  victim’s son also received burnt injuries undergoing treatment at Civil Hospital Jogendranagar in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh.

In a sudden fire broke out in the cowshed of Anurudh Choudhary (66) in Alagabadi village of Bharadu Panchayat of Jogendranagar at 1130 hra on Friday. 

Anurudh Chaudhary climbed onto the roof of the cow shed to combat the inferno he burnt alive after being hit by it.

During this time, son Suresh Chaudhary also got burnt in the fire when he went to extinguish the fire.

There were no animals inside the cowshed at the time of the fire. But victims are trying to save the fodder store on the attic floof of the cow shed.

Deceased is survived by his wife Bimla Devi, two sons and a daughter.

 Shortly after the incident, the fire department team from Jogendranagar reached the spot and brought the fire under control. But by then Anurudh Chaudhary had burnt to death.

Concerned Tehsildar Mukul Sharma said that financial assistance of Rs 25 thousand was provided to the victim’s family. Police have registered the case and started further action. After the death body was handed over to family members before conducting the post-mortem.
