7 die in HP’s Firecracker factory blast in Una district

Seven persons  including six women and a kid  died in a firecracker factory blast this morning in Bathri area of Haroli Tehsil in Una district of Himachal Pradesh, state government official confirmed.
State Disaster management authority spokesperson Mr Sudesh Mokta informed in a press release today that incident of fire at Industrial Area Bathri Tehsil Haroli Dist. Una.
 He said that  due to the explosion in the firecracker factory Bathdi in the industrial area at 1015 hrs on Tuesday fire also  broke out in the unit which doused down by the fire tenders.
He said that seven woman and children died and about 10 persons were seriously injured and 2 got minor injuries, who were taken to the nearby Sian Hospital Bathri. 
 Police and fire personnel including SP Una Arjun Sen Thakur arrived on the spot and started the rescue operation.
DSP Haroli Anil Mehta told UNI said that from the spot  charade bodies of six women recovered, three of them were identified local and rests three couldn’t identified sofar. Victim also includes two women from Punjab.
Two seriously injured were rushed to PGI Chandigarh and rests others were hospitalisd at Regional Hospital Una.
At the time of misshap around 19 to 20 Employees were in the unit.
