5 more nabs in Mandi hooch tragedy
SIT of state Police made five new arrest in Mandi hooch tragedy with this number accused went up to twenty five now.
SP Shalini Agnihotri informed that five arrest were made on Monday now number of accused and arrestee went up from 20 to 25.
Among arrested accused Sulender alias Poola, Naresh Kumar and Daleep Kumar belonged to Sundernagar of Mandi district and two accused Surinder Kumar and Kashmir Singh belonged to Bilaspur were arrested today.
Accuseds would be produced in the Court on tomorrow.
SIT have been arrested 25 accused including the kingpin Gaurav Manhas alias Guru busting an interstate rackets of illicit brewing liquor at number of factory and bottling plant supplying highly organized crime.
Fortnight after death of 7 people in the hooch traged in state, more than ten thousand cartoons of illicit liquor recovered in Palampur, Joginder Nagar, Hamirpur, Mandi, Kalamb, Ramshahir of Nalagarh and Una etc.
Search are being conducted on daily basis by sleuth of state excise and taxation department to probe the nexus of the manfectures and supplies line behind the hooch tragedy.
On the investigation of the arrested accused and on the trail of missing link and supply chain of thousands of litre spirit supplied from a firm number of arrest is being made on the daily basis by the SIT.
