2.6 magnitude earthquake jolt Chamba 

Indian Meteoritical Department said in a press release issued here today that 2.6 magnitude earthquake jolted parts of Chamba district in Himachal Pradesh on Monday. The epicenter of earthquake was located at Latitude of 32.85 and Longitude  76.23 and ten km deep in Chamba district about 250 km from State capital Shimla. The earthquake was felt at 9.47 pm on Monday. No loss of life and property was reported due to tremor.
