10 posts of teacher and staff vacant in Senior Secondary School Dubu : Dr Tanwar

Within the last 20 days, four teachers have been transferred from Senior Secondary School Dubu. These include TGT Arts, TGT Non Medical, TGT Medical and one Lab Assistant. There is no clerk in the school for last 12 years and drawing master for 8 years. Apart from this, the posts of Senior Assistant, DPE, PET, Peon are lying vacant in the school.

Balog Panchayat is the farthest Panchayat in Kasumpti Assembly Constituency. There are 165 children studying in the school from class VI to XII. After the transfer of teachers, the future of the children is at stake.

Under the chairmanship of Dr. Kuldeep Singh Tanwar, the parents of the students unhappy with the transfers met Director Elementary Education Virendra Kumar Sharma, Additional Director Sanjeev Sood, Joint Director Dr. Bhuvan Sharma and Joint Director IT.

After the meeting of the delegation, Dr. Kuldeep Singh Tanwar said that it is very unfortunate that the examinations of the students are going on, the session is about to end, in such a situation, the transfer from the school is a complete mess with the future of the children.

Dr. Tanwar said that it is a matter of even more regret that the officers are not able to work independently. The officers are merely acting like puppets at the behest of the government.

When the Director Elementary Education was asked about the transfers of the teachers, his only answer was that all the transfers have been done by the instructions from above.

Dr. Tanwar said that the departments have been kept only to throw dust in the eyes of the public. He said that the designation of the director should be changed to the transferred management officer.

Dr. Tanwar said that if teachers are not appointed in the school with immediate effect, then in the coming one month, the public will teach a lesson to the so called upper-class people.
