10 days before elections Congress chargesheet is political gimmick :- Khushi Ram Balnahata
Chairman Himachal Pradesh State Co-operative Bank and former MLA Khushi Ram Balnahata while addressing the press conference in Shimla said that only 10 days before the election, the Congress’s chart sheet has become mere political gimmick and joke. Congress was talking about the charge sheet for last 6 months which never came and Now 10 days before the elections, under pressure from public, in a hurry, they come up with fake fabricated charge sheet. He said that the opposition could not accuse government of any corruption in the entire tenure of the Jairam government. This is a big achievement in itself and now that the elections are coming, the Congress is presenting this cooked up chart sheet to befool sway the people .
Balnahata said that when the Jai Ram government came to know about the corruption in the police recruitment case, the promptness with which the government has handled the whole matter is unprecedented in the history of Himachal. This recruitment was canceled with immediate effect and SIT was formed and case was registered at three police stations, and challan for same has been presented in the court. On one hand the investigation of SIT was going on and on the other hand the process of recruitment was also started again , so that the interests of the unemployed are not harmed, as a result, today 1101 candidates are taking training in Daroh and 85 candidates are taking training in Junga police academies . There is no such instance in the history of Himachal in which a case has been disposed of so swiftly.
The Congress party alleges that outsiders were appointed in Group 3-4 . He told that this law was made during the Congress rule and there was a provision in the law itself, due to which the appointments of outsiders were done in Himachal Pradesh, but as soon as this matter came to the notice of Jairam Sarkar, it was amended and now in recruitment of group 3-4 it’s only for himachals who have the necessary qualifications to have passed tenth and twelfth from Himachal Pradesh.
He said that during the tenure of Jai Ram Sarkar, unprecedented work has been done in Himachal, Himachal has secured first place in the country in Har Ghar Nal Se Jal Yojana. Shimla city has been transformed at a rapid pace under Smart City. He said that when the Bharatiya Janata Party government was formed in 2017, the state had a debt of 48 thousand crores. Can Congress give any explanation about this, why this huge debt was taken ?? there was neither any major development work, neither the employees were given the benefit of pay commission nor there was an epidemic like Covid nor there was any expenditure on health infrastructure. So where did the Congress spend the loan of 48 thousand crores? Balnahata expressed confidence that the Bharatiya Janata Party government in Himachal is going to change the Rivaz and come back to power with the support cooperation blessings of the people.
