HP players among the Indian olympic bronze winner

Himachal Pradesh Player Varun Kumar belonged to Dalhousie Assembly segment of Chamba is among the Indian Olympic hockey winners would be honored by the Government.
Informing this in the state assembly Senior Congress Legislator Ms Asha Kumari said that Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur greeted the Indian Bronze Olympic winner team however Government did not know that one of the player of winner teams hails to Himachal Pradesh.
She said that Varun Kumar belonged to her Assembly segment and who hails to a village near her home was one of the player of Indian Hockey team.
 She said that she also greet the Indian Hockey team and state should announce honor to player.
Chief minister Jai Ram Thakur said that he already greeted Indian Hockey team after the question hours not informed that one of player belonged to Himachal.
He said that state Government would provide the honor to the Olympic player as par the sports policy of Govt on his arrival in the state.
Leader of Opposition and Congress Mukesh Agnihotri and Cong MLA Sukhvinder Singh Sukh also greeted the Indian Olympic team in the house.
Mr Sukhu said that after four decades Indian Hockey team came with Bronze medal chief minister should announce in the house declaring fixed award to Indian Hockey team player.
