CM denies any slump in the apple market in Himachal

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur said today that the high quality apple are still fatching good prices in the market and the market has not crashed in the state.
Interacting with media person during his visit to Kullu recently he said that bruised and hail damaged apple are not getting good prices moreover Apple of high colour and size are still getting good prices.
Reply to a media query about slump in the apple market Mr Thakur said that those have high quality apple are still getting good prices of crop.
He explained that since crop of many farmers are damaged by the hailstone and remained under size are not being sold in the market and their prices came down.
In response to Bharat Kisan union leader Rakesh Taiket shows of solidarity with apple farmers BJP state spokesperson Baldev Tomar said that demand and supply decides the price of apples and not any company, these fake farmer leaders should not try to mislead the farmers of Himachal.
“Rakesh Tikait should clarify which farmer war he is fighting.  If farmers are facing any kind of problem, then these leaders should be give their suggestions in writting to the centre government.”
Rakesh Tikait is only trying to spoil the environment in the country and the state,he alleged.
