Electricity supply will remain suspended in the Junga-Koti-Shargaon feeder areas on October 8 and 9

Due to necessary repair and maintenance work of various feeders under Junga sub-division of Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board, power supply will be disrupted in many areas on October 8 and 9.
Assistant Engineer Rakesh Sharma stated that power supply will be disrupted on October 8th under the Junga-Koti and Gorpa-Koti feeders. During this time, the entire area of ​​the Mundaghat section, including the Ashwani Khad to Koti main feeder and the Gorpa to Koti main feeder, will be affected. Additionally, power supply will be disrupted in the areas from Koti to Shilli and from Balogh to Lakhoti.
He informed that on October 9, power supply will remain closed in Panchayat Ghar Junga, FSL, Police Battalion Junga, Civil Hospital Junga, Kyana, Nagari, Maheshu, Kot, Chauri, Kanechi, Bhad-4 Lane and surrounding areas under Junga feeder.
Similarly, on October 9, power supply will be affected from Sheelwag to Shilli, Tri, Nalta, Batola, Khil Ki Ser, Chalog and surrounding areas under Sharangav-Koti feeder.
The Electricity Board has appealed to consumers for cooperation. According to the department, the proposed shutdown may be canceled if the weather worsens.
