Hindi Pakhwada and Bag Free Day were celebrated with great enthusiasm in WB School

A variety of educational, creative, and awareness activities were organized on Saturday at the Government Senior Secondary School, Dublue, in Junga tehsil, as part of “Bag Free Day” and the Hindi fortnight. The program aimed to foster interest and respect for the Hindi language among students, as well as to promote their creativity and expression skills.
The program began with a cleanliness drive. Students and teachers cleaned the school campus together and promoted cleanliness and environmental protection. Inter-house competitions were then held as part of the Hindi fortnight. These included speech, poetry recitation, quizzes, essay writing, slogan writing, calligraphy, and text writing. Students participated enthusiastically, showcasing their talents and creative abilities.
On this occasion, Hindi lecturer Sandeep Thakur addressed the students, highlighting the usefulness of the Hindi language, its rich literary and cultural heritage, and its importance in contemporary times. He encouraged students to develop a sense of pride in Hindi and to use it more and more in their daily lives and studies.
“Bag-Free Day” provided students with opportunities to engage in hands-on, activity-based learning, a departure from traditional classroom instruction. The school campus was filled with excitement as students actively participated in various activities.
Political Science Lecturer Virendra Singh, English Lecturer Vinita Narwal, TGT Vijay Rani, TGT Anish Chandel, DM Lekhraj, and Vocational Teacher Ajay Kanwar, along with the entire teaching staff, were present at the event. The teachers contributed to the successful organization of the various activities.
