Dr. Divya Verma took over as Medical Officer at PHC Trahai

Dr. Divya Verma joined the Primary Health Center, Trahai, in the Mashobra block, as a medical officer on Wednesday. Upon joining, Dr. Divya Verma began conducting health checkups on patients. The post of doctor at this PHC had been vacant for the past year, causing significant inconvenience to the residents of the area.
Dr. Divya Verma stated that providing the best and quality healthcare to the public will be her primary objective. Additionally, various national government programs will be implemented in the field in the correct context to ensure that people benefit from the government’s healthcare services. She stated that no compromise will be made in the treatment of patients based on the facilities available at the PHC. She stated that the matter will be raised periodically with higher authorities to ensure the creation of the best patient facilities at this health center.
Senior citizens of Trahai village, Pritam Singh Thakur, BC Anand, Manohar Singh Thakur, Numberdar Devendra Kumar, Ramsaran Thakur, Joginder Singh Thakur, Indra Singh, Tulsiram, Pradeep Bragta, Suresh Verma, Pankaj, Rajendra Kumar and many others have expressed their gratitude to the government for posting a doctor at the PHC. People have demanded from the government to open a Krasna lab in this PHC so that patients can have the facility of getting tests done for various diseases at their doorstep. People say that due to lack of lab testing facility, the disease cannot be properly diagnosed and for this the patients have to go to Shimla or Solan.
Pharmacists Hetram Sharma and Rakesh Mehta were also present on this occasion.
