Seven criteria have been mainly determined under this, in which the facilities available in the institute, academic quality, annual results of the students, level of study-teaching, activities other than academics, participation of students in sports and other cultural activities etc. are the main criteria for enhancing the quality of education.
The Chief Minister and Education Minister recently honored the colleges that achieved high rankings in the 2023-24 college rankings conducted by the Himachal Pradesh government and the Higher Education Department.
